All participants are expected to follow the rules, guidance, and policies set forth by both your local Project Coordinator and clinical leadership team.

You are expected to participate fully in all volunteer activities unless illness or unforeseen emergencies arise. During your volunteering focused part of your immersion experience, sightseeing and side trips are only permitted during scheduled excursions outlined in your itinerary.
Program schedules are carefully designed by HELP2SERVE.CARE in collaboration with local partners and cannot be changed upon request. Any time-off requests must be for emergencies and approved by HELP2SERVE.CARE leadership.
Failure to follow your program schedule may result in immediate dismissal.

Please do not invite outside guests or friends to accommodations Overnight visitors are not permitted under any circumstances, for your safety and out of respect for our hosts and your peers.

Yes, you’ll meet your group leader and fellow volunteers approximately three weeks before departure during a pre-trip orientation event. This collaborative session helps you connect, prepare, and build momentum before your immersive experience begins.
👥 Volunteer groups typically include 15 to 25 participants, and you’ll stay together as one close-knit team throughout both the volunteer service portion (e.g., 7 days) and the adventure tour portion (e.g., 7 days) of your journey—forming lifelong friendships along the way!
👨⚕️ A Licensed U.S. Healthcare Provider Will Be Onsite
At least one licensed U.S. healthcare provider will join your group during all clinical volunteer days. This provider will:
