Your classmates already share a demanding education and a commitment to nursing. A peer leader helps them explore how that connection could continue through international service. The role combines thoughtful communication, inclusive group building and preparation for a shared experience.
The Nursing Graduation Service Immersion includes 14 days of international service-learning. Prepare with Purpose — Track One supports NCLEX preparation Before the exam. Step Into What’s Next — Track Two supports professional growth After it. Seven optional days of cultural exploration may follow. Note: Participants may change tracks at any time before departure.

A nursing student who remains enrolled after the Graduating Cohort Leader graduates, carries the program forward, and transitions into the Graduating Cohort Leader role when eligible.
Note: Cohort Leader responsibilities are pre-departure only. No in-country, supervisory, clinical, operational, or post-departure duties are required. Cohort Leaders are recognised as distinguished volunteer leaders up until departure. In the host country a Cohort Leader is a participant like every other, with the same benefits and no host-country responsibilities.

Participants in the Nursing Graduation Service Immersion are accompanied by a U.S.-licensed Nurse Practitioner who is embedded throughout the experience to guide discussion, reflection, and experiential learning in real-world health settings alongside local health professionals—helping participants develop a 360° perspective on global health, professional practice, and culturally responsive care.
Health-Focused Immersion Standard: All Help2Serve.Care health-focused immersions are accompanied by a U.S.-licensed physician (MD/DO), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
As a Student Ambassador or Campus Club Leader, you can play an important role in bringing students together around meaningful international service-learning opportunities. Through peer outreach, campus engagement, and student leadership, you help build awareness, connect interested students with Help2Serve.Care, and contribute to the development of a qualifying cohort.
Your leadership can help support your own immersion. In recognition of meaningful student leadership and contribution to cohort development, eligible Student Ambassadors and Campus Club Leaders may receive full program-cost coverage for the 14-day Phase One Service-Learning Immersion and the optional 7-day Phase Two Cultural Exploration, and a leadership honorarium, and thus also eligible round-trip economy airfare.

The minimum cohort of 20 participants may be developed collectively. Student Ambassadors, Campus Club Leaders, faculty, and other approved campus partners may all contribute to the development of the same cohort.
Your eligibility is based on documented leadership, meaningful peer engagement, and contribution to cohort development. Individual student leaders are not required to independently generate the minimum cohort of 20 participants.
Exact cohort levels and award amounts are confirmed when you apply — and we’ll help you plan toward the level you’re aiming for. On top of the award, we help your whole group fundraise, so cost is not the thing that stops anyone.
The Student Leadership Program is designed to recognize students who take an active role in building campus awareness, strengthening peer engagement, and creating a community around service-learning.
Program-cost awards recognize this broader leadership contribution and are not represented as payment for individual student referrals.
All awards and travel benefits are subject to Help2Serve.Care eligibility requirements, applicable program terms, and any relevant policies or approvals of the student’s institution.
Published Nursing Graduation Service Immersion cohorts are limited to 25 participants.
Optional Phase Two program-cost support begins at Level Two — Tier One and becomes full coverage at Level Three — Tier Two.

Typical Full 21-Day Experience: $3,800–$4,800 (excluding airfare) · $500 Phase One deposit
For participants choosing the full Signature 21-Day Immersion, the combined 2026–2027 cost is typically $3,800–$4,800, excluding airfare, visa costs, and required travel insurance. Exact pricing is provided in your acceptance materials.
Approximately 60 hours of community-engaged service-learning; in Track One, approximately 30 hours of service-learning and 30 hours of structured NCLEX-RN preparation.
Prepare with Purpose — Track One and Step Into What’s Next — Track Two depart together on the same windows.
Make room for different budgets, exam timelines and levels of interest. Share the approved overview and clarify the basic track choices. Refer personal eligibility, price, travel and exam-planning questions to the program team. Use opt-in groups. Direct applications, private information and payments to Help2Serve.Care. Student leaders act in a peer role. Help2Serve.Care manages program operations, applications and travel arrangements. Use school names, mailing lists and facilities only as permitted by the institution.
Keep a simple activity record: date, activity, your responsibility, time contributed, participation at the event and a brief reflection. Keep an activity log and request a written explanation of your eligibility. Full support is not automatic for reaching a participant count.
