If you provide a mobile or WhatsApp number, you may consent to receive text messages from us about your application, program logistics, events, and updates, including through dedicated WhatsApp community groups.

For participants who travel with us, we may collect additional information necessary to deliver programs safely and manage in-country logistics, which may include: passport details, visa information, travel itineraries, emergency and next-of-kin contacts, dietary needs, travel insurance information, and relevant health or medical information needed for participant safety.
This information may be shared, only as necessary, with in-country partners, program leaders, accommodation and transportation providers, and, in an emergency, with medical providers and a participant's designated family or emergency contacts. Because we operate internationally, this information may be transferred to and processed in the destination country and the United States (see Section 18). We treat health and similar sensitive information with heightened care and limit access to those who need it for safety and program delivery.
During programs and events, we and our representatives may capture photographs, video, and audio that include participants. With appropriate consent, we may use this media in promotional, educational, fundraising, and informational materials, including on the Site, social media, and printed materials.
Online donations and program payments may be processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card numbers or payment account information on our servers. Please review the privacy policies of any payment provider used to process your transaction.
Help2Serve.Care provides educational, volunteer, and service-learning opportunities. Information submitted through the Site is not intended to establish a provider-patient relationship. Please do not submit confidential medical information through website contact forms unless specifically requested and secured through appropriate channels. The Site does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to inquiries, administering programs, processing donations, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. The Site and our programs are directed to adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. Participants under 18 are handled through a separate application process with adult supervision and parental or guardian involvement. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Help2Serve.Care is based in the United States, and our service providers and program partners may be located in the United States or other countries.
