Program & Payment Transparency

Your immersion begins with service. This page explains how the rest of it is organized, who provides each part, and what you pay for.

Who Provides What — and Where Your Payments Go

We want you to know exactly who provides each part of your experience and where your payments go. The structure is simple.

Phase One — Service-Learning

Help2Serve.Care, a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charity, provides the 14-day Phase One service-learning immersion.

Phase One is the heart of our nonprofit mission — structured international service-learning built around meaningful community engagement, education, reflection, and sustained impact.

Phase Two — Cultural Exploration

Participants may choose to continue after Phase One into an optional 7-day guided Cultural Exploration.

Phase Two is separately provided and billed by Help2Immerse.Global LLC.

You do not have to participate in Phase Two to participate in Help2Serve.Care’s Phase One service-learning immersion.

Phase Two is optional and available only to participants who complete Phase One, keeping service at the heart of the experience.

Optional Spanish Language Week

In Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic, participants may also choose an optional Spanish Language Week before Phase One.

This separate pre-program experience is provided and billed by Help2Immerse.Global LLC and is not part of the Signature 21-Day Immersion price.

Why Are the Activities Separate?

Help2Serve.Care was created to focus on charitable international service-learning.

Keeping optional cultural, educational, and travel experiences within a separate organization helps maintain a clear distinction between Help2Serve.Care’s nonprofit service-learning work and optional experiences outside the nonprofit’s core service-learning program.

The structure keeps provider responsibility, contracting, and payments clear while still allowing participants who choose these additional experiences to build on the learning, relationships, and cultural understanding developed through service.

How Are the Organizations Related?

Help2Immerse.Global LLC is an affiliated but legally separate company owned by the founder of Help2Serve.Care. Certain individuals involved with Help2Immerse.Global LLC also serve as officers or staff of Help2Serve.Care.

Help2Serve.Care and Help2Immerse.Global LLC maintain separate legal identities and separately provide and bill for their respective program components.

How Does My Initial Deposit Work?

Your initial $500 program deposit is paid exclusively to Help2Serve.Care and is credited only toward your Phase One service-learning immersion.

No portion of your initial deposit is paid or transferred to Help2Immerse.Global LLC.

If you choose Phase Two or another optional Help2Immerse.Global LLC experience, its price will be clearly identified and paid separately to Help2Immerse.Global LLC.

Your acceptance and payment materials will clearly identify what you selected and the amount payable to each provider before payment is required.

What Does “Signature 21-Day Immersion” Mean?

When you choose both Phase One and Phase Two, we call the complete experience our Signature 21-Day Immersion.

For you, it is one connected journey — beginning with purposeful service and continuing, if you choose, through deeper cultural exploration.

The two phases are provided and billed separately, but they are intentionally designed to complement one another as part of the complete participant experience.

Questions?

Transparency matters to us. If you have any questions about program providers, payments, or how your immersion is structured, we are happy to answer them.
