Where and what

Step 1 is the country. Step 2 is the kind of work. Between them they decide most of what your fortnight will actually feel like.

Steps 3 & 4

Who and how long

Step 3 is who comes with you — and whether leading a group covers your own way. Step 4 is the shape: the 21-day flagship, or something built to your dates.
