Leading a group is real charitable work, so we honor it with an honorarium toward your own immersion. The Ambassador honorarium is graduated: as your group grows, the honorarium toward your own program cost grows with it — up to fully covered when you bring a full group. Cost should never be the reason a leader can't lead.
Exact group sizes and honorarium levels are confirmed when you apply — and we'll help you plan toward the tier you're aiming for. On top of the honorarium, we help your whole group fundraise, so cost isn't the thing that stops anyone.
